Exceptional 16-year-old graduates, receives award from San Jacinto College

The dual credit, early admission and tech prep office at San Jacinto College (SJC) Central has named David Michael Moses its recipient of the “2009-2010 Outstanding Dual Credit Student” award. Moses, 16 years old, completed his associate of arts in biotechnology this May with a 3.82 grade-point average. In addition, he read the invocation at the Central campus graduation ceremonies.
